Performance Times

All performances of Grand Theatre productions begin at 7:30 p.m. nightly during run of show. All Saturday matinees begin at 2 p.m. Start times for outside events are listed on the event pages.

We accept all forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover.

All checks should be made payable to SLCC Grand Theatre. We do not accept two party checks.

Missed Performances

Single Ticket Holders

Tickets may be turned in for a missed performance, based on availability for the same show. There will be a $3.00 fee per ticket.

Season Ticket Holders

Unused tickets from missed performances may be exchanged for comparable seats of the same show based on availability.

Refunds

There are no refunds for single tickets or season tickets.

Lost Tickets

If you lose your tickets, please call the box office. We will be happy to make a pass for the ticketed performance if the purchase can be verified. This pass cannot be exchanged for another performance.

Latecomers will temporarily be seated in the back of the theater, until an appropriate interval in the action.

Photography, Sound Recording or Videotaping of any performance or the possession of any such device inside this theater without the written permission of management is prohibited. Offenders may be requested to leave and may be liable for damages and other lawful remedies.

Audio Enhancement Equipment is available for theater patrons who are hearing-impaired. The Box Office wireless personal receivers which allow a patron to sit anywhere in the theater and receive high fidelity audio.

Because there is no charge for this service, you will be requested to leave your driver’s license with the cashier until the equipment is returned.

Babies and Small Children often make it uncomfortable for other theater patrons; therefore, no children under 5 allowed. Small children must have their own seats.

Disabled Patrons may use wheelchair-seating areas in the theater. Row D -left & right accommodates four wheelchair patrons and companion chairs. Seating is also available in the rear of the theater for four additional wheelchairs and companion chairs. Ticket prices vary for each section. Patrons who can be assisted in the transfer from wheelchairs to theater seats may request aisle seats.

Lost and Found items will be held by the head usher until the end of the performance. Thereafter, please contact the Box Office at (801) 957-3322.

Exchanges

Single Ticket Sales

There is a $3.00 per transaction charge if exchanged at least 1 business day prior to performance date. Exchanges can be made on the day of performance based on availability. Tickets may only be exchanged for the same show.

Season Ticket Holders

Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show. Season ticket holders are never charged to exchange tickets.

Exchanges may be done over the phone, but the ticket holder must be the original holder of the ticket and will be asked to validate the exchange with a code on the ticket.
